1. All potential bidders wishing to participate in the bidding process must be registered to enable bidding. Employee must have a company e-mail address to register. By registering, you acknowledge full understanding of the Terms and Conditions set forth herein. Your bid is a binding contract.

2. Auction begins ending at 6pm Saturday, February 10. Each lot’s closure time is staggered and spaced out in 1-minute intervals which means Lot 1 is scheduled to end at 6pm, Lot 2 ends one minute after Lot 1. Lot 3 to ends one minute after Lot 2, etc. However, if anyone places a bid on a particular lot within 5 minutes of its scheduled closure time, 5 minutes will be added to the clock for that particular lot. However, if anyone places a bid on a particular lot within 5 minutes of its scheduled closure time, 5 minutes will be added to that lot. A five-minute time extension will continue to occur each time a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes until there’s at least 5 minutes remaining with no bidding activity.

3. Oahu Auctions is not responsible for any inconsistencies associated with the representation of items (via photos, announcements, printed materials, etc.) and the actual product. Therefore, it is strongly encouraged that you inspect each item you intend to bid on. Bidders should make an informed decision on what item(s) to bid on based on personal inspection of such item(s).

4. All items are sold “as is” and “where is” with no implied warranties or guarantees of any kind.

5. All sales are final. No returns allowed. No refunds or price adjustments will be provided for any reason.

6. Oahu Auctions reserves the right to add/remove items from the auction at any time for whatever reason. Oahu Auctions reserves the right to withdraw/modify any of the items listed in the catalog, flyer, website or any media ads at any time.

7. Oahu Auctions reserves the right to cancel the auction entirely, extend the auction end date, or end the auction early.

8. Oahu Auctions reserves the right to reject or cancel any bid(s) at any time for any reason.

9. A Buyer's Premium of 15% will be added to the winning bid. Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.712% will be added.

10. Items must be paid for by Sunday, February 11 (3:30pm). Accepted forms of payment: cash, cashier's check, MC/Visa, except for the Toyota Sequoia which must be paid for via cash or cashier's check. The credit card that you used to register will be automatically charged after 3:30pm February 11 unless you notify us prior to that time that you will pay via cash, cashier's check or a different credit card.

11. Winning bidders are responsible for all costs associated with removal and transport of all purchased items.

12. Pickup must be completed by 5:00 pm Monday, February 12. IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP YOUR ITEMS BY THIS DATE, PLEASE CONTACT OAHU AUCTIONS and we will try to work with you. If items are not picked up within the scheduled pick-up dates/times, and we do not receive any communication from you, you stand to forfeit your items with no refunds.
