Contents of former space of Argosy University (Downtown Honolulu) which took up the entire 4th floor of the ASB Building and a portion of the Pauahi Tower (street level). Over 22,000 square foot of offices, classrooms, utility rooms. A massive inventory of modern office furniture.
Online auction ends Wednesday, May 8 (starts ending 6pm in 30-second intervals). Accepted forms of payment: VISA/MC, which will be charged automatically after the auction ends. Pickup May 9 to May 11 (10 am to 5pm).
All sales final, 4.712% GET will be added to be. No warranties/guarantees. All items will be sold as is, where is.
Buyer will be responsible for removing (and disassembling if necessary) all purchased items in this auction. Must bring own tools, carts, etc. Loadout schedule and detailed directions to building’s loading zone and designated load-out aread will be provided to winning bidders at end of auction.
