Shipping to destinations outside of Oahu is possible through an independent third-party shipper or towing company that can transport items to Young Brother on your behalf. All packaging and transport costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All persons wishing to participate in the bidding process must be registered to enable bidding. By registering, you acknowledge full understanding of the Terms and Conditions set forth herein. Your bid is a binding contract. Unpaid invoices will be turned over to a collection agency.
2. Online Auction begins ending at 6pm. Each lot’s closure time is staggered and spaced out in one-minute intervals which means Lot 1 is scheduled to end at 6pm, Lot 2 ends one minute after that. Lot 3 to end one minute after Lot 2. However, if anyone places a bid on a particular lot within 3 minutes of its scheduled closure time, 3 minutes will be added to the clock for that particular lot. A three-minute time extension will continue to occur each time a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes until there’s at least 3 minutes remaining with no bidding activity.
3. Island Bid/Oahu Auctions is not responsible for any inconsistencies associated with the representation of items (via photos, announcements, printed materials, etc.) and the actual product. Therefore, it is strongly encouraged that you inspect each item you intend to bid on. Bidders should make an informed decision on what item(s) to bid on based on photos and videos of the item or through physical inspection (when available).
4. All items are sold “as is” and “where is” with no implied warranties or guarantees of any kind. Deficiencies may exist that are not listed in the item description. The absence of any deficiencies does not mean that none exist. All items are being sold "As Is" with no express or implied warranty of any kind, including but not limited to the item's safety, reliability, or suitability for its intended purpose.
5. All sales are final. No returns allowed. No refunds or price adjustments will be provided for any reason.
6. Island Bid/Oahu Auctions reserves the right to add/remove items from the auction at any time for whatever reason. Island Bid/Oahu Auctions reserves the right to withdraw/modify any of the items listed in the catalog and/or add, remove or modify reserve amounts and bidding increments on any auction lot.
7. Island Bid/Oahu Auctions reserves the right to cancel the auction entirely, extend the auction end date, or end the auction early.
8. Island Bid/Oahu Auctions reserves the right to reject or cancel any bid(s) at any time for any reason. Island Bid/Oahu Auctions reserves the right to suspend bidding privileges at any time.
9. Bid limits may be imposed. Bid limit amount may be lowered or raised at any time.
10. A Buyer's Premium of 15% will be added to the winning bid for all auction items. Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.712% will be added.
11. Invoices will be e-mailed the night the auction ends. Accepted forms of payment: VISA/MC, cashier's check, cash or direct deposit into Oahu Auctions' business account. 3% fee on Visa/MC transactions. Payment due by 1pm the day after the auction ends. If payment has not been received after that time, your Visa/MC on file will be charged the invoice amount plus 3%.
12. Winning bidders are responsible for all costs associated with the removal and transport of all purchased items.
13. Items that are not picked up within the specified scheduled pick-up dates/times are subject to forfeiture. Items will be considered abandoned and you will lose all claim to the property. No refunds will be provided.
14. Late payments are subject to fees and penalties at the discretion of Island Bid/Oahu Auctions. Unpaid accounts will be reported and turned over to a collection agency, which can affect your overall credit scores for up to 7 years. Unpaid accounts are subject to legal action. The bidder information along with the credit card information you provided during the registration process has been verified for identity purposes prior to approval.
14. All items not claimed by the specified pick-up deadline date/time published on the auction page summary and details, will be subject to forfeiture and will be disposed of, resold or donated at Island Bid/Oahu Auctions' discretion.
