1. All persons wishing to participate in the bidding process must be registered to enable bidding. By registering, you acknowledge full understanding of the Terms and Conditions set forth herein. Your bid is a binding contract.

2. Auction begins ending at 6pm. Each lot’s closure time is staggered and spaced out in 30-second intervals which means Lot 1 is scheduled to end at 6pm, Lot 2 ends 30 seconds after that. Lot 3 to end 30 seconds after Lot 2. However, if anyone places a bid on a particular lot within 3 minutes of its scheduled closure time, 3 minutes will be added to the clock for that particular lot. A three-minute time extension will continue to occur each time a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes until there’s at least 3 minutes remaining with no bidding activity.

3. Oahu Auctions is not responsible for any inconsistencies associated with the representation of items (via photos, announcements, printed materials, etc.) and the actual product. Therefore, it is strongly encouraged that you inspect each item you intend to bid on. Bidders should make an informed decision on what item(s) to bid on based on personal inspection of such item(s).

4. All items are sold “as is” and “where is” with no implied warranties or guarantees of any kind. Defects, when known, may be listed in the catalog or announced. However, the absence of any mention of a defect does not mean there are none.

5. All sales are final. No returns allowed. No refunds or price adjustments will be provided for any reason.

6. Oahu Auctions reserves the right to add/remove items from the auction at any time for whatever reason. Oahu Auctions reserves the right to withdraw/modify any of the items listed in the catalog, flyer, website or any media ads at any time.

7. Oahu Auctions reserves the right to cancel the auction entirely, extend the auction end date, or end the auction early.

8. Oahu Auctions reserves the right to reject or cancel any bid(s) at any time for any reason.

9. A Buyer's Premium of 15% will be added to the winning bid for all auction items. Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.712% will be added.

10. Invoices will be e-mailed the night the auction ends. Credit cards will be charged the night the auction ends. The credit card that you used to register in this auction will be automatically charged. Accepted forms of payment: MC/Visa.

11. Winning bidders are responsible for all costs associated with removal and transport of all purchased items. Bidders outside of Oahu wishing to have these removed by a third party can coordinate with Oahu Auctions to facilitate removal of purchased items. Contact us and we can recommend movers to take items to Young Brothers or to a UPS store. All packaging, handling, and shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

12. Pick-up Oct. 11 & 12 (10am to 5pm). If you are unable to pick up on your own, please arrange for a mover or someone else else to pick up on your behalf within the scheduled pick-up dates/times. We are under a deadline to vacate the space so all items not picked up within this time frame will be considered abandoned and will be resold or donated. No refunds will be issued. Please do not bid if you cannot pick up.

13. Late payments are subject to fees and penalties at the discretion of Oahu Auctions. Unpaid accounts will be reported to turned over to a collection agency, which can affect your overall credit scores up to 7 years. Unpaid accounts are subject to legal action. The bidder information along with the credit card information you provided during the registration process has been verified for identity purposes prior to approval.

14. All items not claimed by the pick-up deadline date/time, is subject to forfeiture, and will be disposed of, resold or donated.
