Auction Payment Info

Accepted Payment Methods: VISA , Master Card , Money Order/Bank Draft , See Payment Details , Wire Transfer
Accepted forms of payment: cash, cashier's checks, VISA/MC. A 3% fee will be added to credit card charges of $5000 or more.

Invoices will be sent out the night the auction ends. Payment must be made the following day by 4pm. The credit card you used to register to bid in this auction will be charged after that time if payment has not been received by then.

Auction Shipping Info

We have received a $16,000 estimate from a local general contractor (All-Build Construction) who can disassemble the entire ADU. Transport will be a separate charge. If you have any questions in this regard, please contact James at (808) 489-7711. Also feel free to use your own contractor. The entire unit must be removed within 10 days of the close of the auction.

Shipping to neighbor islands and outside of Hawaii possible through a third-party mover on general auction items. We can recommend 3rd-party movers. Buyers will need to coordinate with a 3rd-party mover/transportation company on pick-up from the auction site and drop off to Young Brothers or other location on Oahu. Buyer's designated third-party mover can coordinate with us to facilitate removal & transport once payment is received. All transport costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
