These were recently shipped from Molokai to Oahu after the completion of a project on Molokai. This is currently owned by a general contracting company on the mainland. Titles will be issued by this mainland company and will be available at the time that the vehicle is issued to its new owner after the auction has been completed and payment has been received.

Vehicle Title & Registration Notice:
Hawaii law requires vehicle title transfer within 10 days of purchase. We can assist with title issues only if the transfer is attempted within that 10 day period. After 10 days, we are unable to assist with title corrections, replacements, lost titles, or signature issues. Responsibility for timely transfer rests solely with the buyer.
Vehicle title delivery may be delayed due to seller, lienholder, or DMV processing. Buyer acknowledges and accepts any such delays. Oahu Auctions is not responsible for title timing.
Buyer is solely responsible for verifying and bringing current any registration, safety check, back taxes, penalties, or other fees associated with the vehicle. Any outstanding amounts are the responsibility of the buyer. The seller and the auctioneer will NOT pay for the title transfer fee, safety inspection or any repairs needed to pass safety inspection. The DMV states that insurance and safety check must be provided in order to register this vehicle and transfer the title.

The successful bidder will receive a signed vehicle title with the general contracting company's authorized signature to enable transfer of vehicle ownership by the buyer on the island of Oahu. Neighbor island bidders MUST make their own arrangements for trucking and ground transport to Young Brothers, including booking ocean transport with Young Brothers, etc. Also anticipate that there may be delays with Young Brothers and bookings. Oahu Auctions and the seller will not provide storage. All vehicles must be picked up within one week after the completion of the auction.

A 15% Buyer's Premium and 4.712% general excise tax will be added to your bid amount. Example: if you submit a bid of $100 and you are the successful bidder when the auction closes, $15 buyer's premium and $4.71 tax will be added, so your invoice total will be $119.71. There will be an added 3% fee if paying with a debit or credit card. This 3% fee can be avoided by paying with a cashier’s check, direct deposit in the auctioneer’s business bank account or wire transfer.

Payment is due by 1pm the day after the auction has closed. Pick-up by appointment in West Oahu within one week after the auction has closed.
