The buyer of this vehicle will be able to transfer ownership in Maui County only, as the Hawaii State DMV system's records are not linked across the various counties. Hence, the authorized seller/signer(s) will only be recognized in Maui County. In other words, the buyer will need to register it in Maui County, then they can have it shipped to any island. Or the buyer can have it shipped to any island outside of Maui County, "then" transfer ownership...however, the transfer will still need to take place within Maui County DMV, which means the buyer will have to be physically present at any Maui County DMV for the title transfer to take place.
Miles/hours are approximate & may have increased since the photos were taken due to usage from farm staff.

Transport to neighboring islands is possible through Young Brothers freight and ground transport through an independent third-party hauler at the expense of the buyer. All transport costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer must set up a booking through Young Brothers. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All persons wishing to participate in the bidding process must be registered to enable bidding. By registering, you acknowledge full understanding of the Terms and Conditions set forth herein. Your bid is a binding contract. Unpaid invoices will be turned over to a collection agency.
2. Online Auction begins ending at 6pm. Each lot’s closure time is staggered and spaced out in 1-minute intervals which means Lot 1 is scheduled to end at 6pm, Lot 2 ends one minute after that. Lot 3 to end 1 minute after Lot 2. However, if anyone places a bid on a particular lot within 3 minutes of its scheduled closure time, 3 minutes will be added to the clock for that particular lot. A three-minute time extension will continue to occur each time a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes until there’s at least 3 minutes remaining with no bidding activity.
3. Island Bid/Oahu Auctions is not responsible for any inconsistencies associated with the representation of items (via photos, announcements, printed materials, etc.) and the actual product. Therefore, it is strongly encouraged that you inspect each item you intend to bid on. Bidders should make an informed decision on what item(s) to bid on based on photos and videos of the item or through physical inspection (when available).
4. All items are sold “as is” and “where is” with no implied warranties or guarantees of any kind. Deficiencies may exist that are not listed in the item description. The absence of any deficiencies does not mean that none exist. All items are being sold "As Is" with no express or implied warranty of any kind, including but not limited to the item's safety, reliability, or suitability for its intended purpose.
5. All sales are final. No returns are allowed. No refunds or price adjustments will be provided for any reason.
6. Island Bid/Oahu Auctions reserves the right to add/remove items from the auction at any time for whatever reason. Island Bid/Oahu Auctions reserves the right to withdraw/modify any of the items listed in the catalog and/or add, remove or modify reserve amounts and bidding increments on any auction lot.
7. Island Bid/Oahu Auctions reserves the right to cancel the auction entirely, extend the auction's ending date, or end the auction early.
8. Island Bid/Oahu Auctions reserves the right to reject or cancel any bid(s) at any time for any reason and prohibit any person from bidding in the auction at any time. Island Bid/Oahu Auctions reserves the right to cancel a sale after an auction has ended.
9. A Buyer's Premium of 15% will be added to the winning bid for all auction items. Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.712% will be added.

11. Winning bidders are responsible for all costs associated with the removal and transport of all purchased items. Bidders outside of Oahu wishing to have these removed by a third party can coordinate with Island Bid/Oahu Auctions to facilitate the removal of purchased items. Contact us and we can recommend movers to take items to YB or to a UPS store.
12. Items that are not picked up within the specified scheduled pick-up dates/times are subject to forfeiture. Items will be considered abandoned and you will lose all claim to the property. No refunds will be provided.
13. Late payments are subject to fees and penalties at the discretion of Island Bid/Oahu Auctions. Unpaid accounts will be reported and turned over to a collection agency, which can affect your overall credit scores for up to 7 years. Unpaid accounts are subject to legal action. The bidder information along with the credit card information you provided during the registration process has been verified for identity purposes prior to approval.
14. All items not claimed by the specified pick-up deadline date/time published on the auction page summary and details, will be subject to forfeiture and will be disposed of, resold or donated.
15. Oahu Auctions/Island Bid does not guarantee actual hours/miles on vehicles; we report what is shown on the meter at the time of listing.
16. The Winning Bidder is hereby placed on notice and acknowledges that Winning Bidder shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Island Bid/Oahu Auctions and its officers, employees, and agents from and against all liability, loss, damage, cost and expense, including attorney’s fees, and all claims, suits and demands therefore, arising out of or resulting from the acts or omissions of the Winning Bidder or the Winning Bidder’s employees, officers, representatives, or agents in connection in taking possession of or collecting the item(s).
Hawaii Administrative Rules §3—130—10 (C) (ii)
It is the buyer’s responsibility to remove the items within a stipulated time after purchase; no guarantees or warranties are given by the Island Bid/Oahu Auctions for the items; major defects, if known, are listed, but Island Bid/Oahu Auctions makes no claim that all defects are known; no sale will be invalid if defects are discovered in the item after the sale; and Island Bid/Oahu Auctions assumes no responsibility or liability once the items are sold.
