Antique Rifle & Case, Colonel William "Buffalo Bill" Cody Commemorative 30-30 Gun. Buyer must have a permit to acquire firearms. You must be 21 years old and a U.S. citizen or permanent resident alien. Once the auction ends, you must pay for your purchase to the auctioneer. A Bill of Sale will be provided by the current owner of this rifle. Duane of Danger Close Tactical (which has a Federal Firearms Licence) will oversee the transfer of this rifle to the new owner and facilitate the permitting process (or verification of permit for those who already have a permit).
