Invoices will be e-mailed the night the auction ends. Invoices must be paid Feb. 18 by noon. Accepted forms of payment: cash, cashier's check, bank transfer or direct bank deposit into our bank account, or MC/Visa. (MC/Visa charges of $5000 or more are subject to a 3% fee). The credit card that you used to register will be automatically charged after 4pm if payment has not been received by that time.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All persons wishing to participate in the bidding process must be registered in order to bid. By registering, you acknowledge full understanding of the terms and conditions set forth herein. Your bid is a binding contract.
2. Each lot’s closure time is staggered and spaced out in 1-minute intervals, Auction begins ending at 6pm. Each lot scheduled to end one minute apart, which means Lot 1 is scheduled to end at 6pm, Lot 2 at 6:01pm, Lot 3 at 6:02pm. However, if anyone places a bid on a particular lot within 3 minutes of its scheduled closure time, 3 minutes will be added to the clock for that lot. A three-minute time extension will continue to occur each time a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes until there’s at least 3 minutes remaining with no additional bids.
3. Oahu Auctions/Island Bid is not responsible for any inconsistencies associated with the representation of items (via photos, announcements, printed materials, etc.) and the actual product. Therefore, it is strongly encouraged that you inspect each item they intend to bid on. Bidders should make an informed decision on what item(s) to bid on based on personal inspection of item(s).
4. All items are sold “as is” and “where is” with no implied warranties or guarantees of any kind.
5. All sales are final. No returns allowed. No refunds or price adjustments will be provided for any reason.
6. Oahu Auctions/Island Bid reserves the right to add/remove items from the auction at any time for whatever reason. Oahu Auctions/Island Bid reserves the right to withdraw any of the items listed in the catalog, flyer, website or any media ads.
7. Oahu Auctions/Island Bid reserves the right to reject or cancel any bid at any time for any reason.
8. Oahu Auctions/Island Bid reserves the right to cancel a sale for whatever reason (ever after bidding has concluded and items have been awarded).
9. A Buyer's Premium of 15% will be added to the winning bid. General Excise Tax of 4.712% will be added.
10. Payment must be made by Tuesday February 18 (noon). Accepted forms of payment: Cash, cashier's checks, VISA/MC or direct deposit into our FHB business account. VISA/MC will be accepted with a 3% fee incurred on charges over $5000.
11. Winning bidders are responsible for all costs associated with removal and transport of all purchased items. Neighbor island bidders wishing to have these removed by a third party will need to coordinate with Oahu Auctions to facilitate removal of purchased items.
12. Pick up (10am to 4pm) on February 18 and 19. Neighbor island winners may be granted an extension on pick up depending on Young Brothers freight schedule. Payment must be made by the end of the day on the day following the close of the auction regardless of when you will pick up. The credit card you used to register to bid will be charged by the end of the day if you have not paid in person by then.
13. Late payments are subject to fees and penalties at the discretion of Oahu Auctions/Island Bid. Unpaid accounts will be reported to turned over to a collection agency, which can affect your overall credit scores up to 7 years. Unpaid accounts are subject to legal action. The bidder information along with the credit card information you provided during the registration process has been verified for identity purposes prior to approval.
14. All items not claimed by the pick-up deadline date/time, is subject to forfeiture, and will be disposed of, resold or donated.
