Auction Details
This is the second and final auction for Blue Ocean Barns in Kona (Big Island), the global leader in the production of asparagopsis taxiformis (microalgae). It has accomplished its research and development goals at its NELHA facility in Kona and is now relocating its operations overseas. Up for auction: four 40-foot shipping containers, 2011 Ford Expedition, pumps, misc. operations equipment PVC, lumber and other materials in Kona (Big Island of Hawaii).
Online auction ends Dec. 1 (starts ending at 6pm, with lots closing in one-minute intervals). General pick-up Dec. 2 & 3. Shipping containers can be picked up within 2 weeks after the auction ends. Please note that there is no forklift available to assist with anything in this auction. Containers have been placed in areas that can be easily removed by a towing company with the right equipment.
Your credit card on file will be charged automatically with no credit card transaction fee for all items other than shipping containers. Payment for shipping containers is due by 1pm the day after the auction ends. Acceptable forms of payment: VISA/MC, cashier's check, cash for containers. A 3% fee on Visa/MC transactions will be added for shipping containers.
15% Buyer's Premium will be added to the bid amount, plus 4.712% Tax. All items sold “as is” & “where is”. No implied warranties or guarantees. No refunds for any reason.
Auction starts ending at 6pm in one-minute intervals. A three-minute extension occurs on any lot in which anyone submits a bid with less than 3 minutes left on that lot's countdown timer. Refresh your browser frequently to display the most current bid.
