PAYMENT & REMOVAL TERMS

Full payment is due no later than Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. HST.

All items must be completely removed from the facility no later than Friday, May 29, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. HST, unless expressly authorized in writing by the seller.

Removal appointments must be scheduled in advance with the auction company. Buyers or freight carriers arriving without a scheduled appointment may be turned away.

Buyers are solely responsible for all packing, rigging, labor, palletizing, loading, shipping coordination, freight arrangements, permits, and removal logistics. Buyers must arrive fully prepared with appropriate personnel and equipment.

Any item not removed by the stated deadline may, at the seller’s discretion, be deemed abandoned and subject to forced relocation, outside storage, resale, or disposal without refund.

Buyer shall be responsible for all resulting costs, including but not limited to:
• Forced relocation fees
• Rigging and forklift charges
• Labor and loading charges
• Transportation expenses
• Administrative costs
• Storage charges of no less than $100 per day per lot
• Any loss, damage, or additional handling caused by late removal

Minimum forced relocation charges may range from $500 to $1,500 per machine depending on size, weight, access requirements, and handling complexity.

Seller is under no obligation to move, store, protect, palletize, or make items available after the removal deadline. Any accommodation granted shall be solely at seller’s discretion, must be in writing, and may be revoked at any time.
