Shipping to neighbor islands and out-of-state locations possible at the cost of the buyer. Anything that does not fit into a USPS Flat Rate Box will be taken to a UPS Store to be packaged and shipped at buyer's expense.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All persons wishing to participate in the bidding process must be registered to enable bidding. By registering, you acknowledge full understanding of the Terms and Conditions set forth herein. Your bid is a binding contract.
2. Auction begins ending at 6pm. Each lot scheduled to end one minute apart, which means Lot 1 is scheduled to end at 6pm, Lot 2 scheduled to end one minute later, etc. However, if anyone places a bid on a particular lot within 5 minutes of its scheduled closure time, 5 minutes will be added to the clock for that particular lot. A five-minute time extension will continue to occur each time a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes until there’s at least 5 minutes remaining with no additional bids.
3. Oahu Auctions is not responsible for any inconsistencies associated with the representation of items (via photos, announcements, printed materials, etc.) and the actual product. Therefore, it is strongly encouraged that you inspect each item you intend to bid on. Bidders should make an informed decision on what item(s) to bid on based on personal inspection of such item(s).
4. All items are sold “as is” and “where is” with all existing faults, and with no implied warranties or guarantees of any kind.
5. All sales are final. No returns allowed. No refunds or price adjustments will be provided for any reason.
6. Oahu Auction reserves the right to add/remove items from the auction at any time for whatever reason. Oahu Auctions reserves the right to withdraw/modify any of the items listed in the catalog, flyer, website or any media ads at any time.
7. Oahu Auctions reserves the right to cancel the auction entirely, extend the auction end date, or end the auction early.
8. Oahu Auctions reserves the right to reject or cancel any bid(s) at any time for any reason.
9. A Buyer's Premium of 15% will be added to the winning bid. Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.712% will be added.
10. Items must be paid for by Sunday, May 20 (3:30pm). Accepted forms of payment: cash, cashier's check, MC/Visa. The credit card that you used to register will be automatically charged on May 20 (3:30pm) if payment is not received by then.
11. Pickup of small items that can be hand-carried into the elevator by one person will be allowed Sunday 10am to 4pm. Bulky items that require a hand truck or two people to move, may be picked up Monday, May 21 (10am to 4pm) via the freight elevator.
12. Winning bidders are responsible for all costs associated with removal and transport of all purchased items. When picking up items such as dishware, glassware, kitchenware and auction items with fragile pieces, please bring your own boxes, packaging, packing tape, carts, etc. We will not provide any of these. As with furniture items, please plan accordingly and bring hand trucks, dollies, etc.
13. Late payments are subject to fees and penalties at the discretion of Oahu Auctions. Unpaid accounts will be turned over to a collection agency, which can affect your overall credit scores up to 7 years. Unpaid accounts are subject to legal action. The bidder information along with the credit card information you provided during the registration process has been verified for identity purposes prior to approval.
