This is a single auction lot consisting of a roaster, K cup machines, packaging equipment, hoppers, storage bins, Ingersol Rand compressor, motors, pallet racking, and other production equipment as shown in the pictures and video footage. This auction also includes items at Foreign Trade Zone (as noted below).
Note: other than the non-working red Raymond stand-up electric lift (shown in the 22nd picture and at 4:31, or 4 minutes and 31 seconds into the video), non-production equipment such as other forklifts, scissor lift, welders, generators, are NOT included in this auction.

**THIS AUCTION LOT ALSO INCLUDES ITEMS AT THE FOREIGN TRADE ZONE** Items at the Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) include a very large crate from Probat Inc. The crate has not been opened and contents and condition of contents are unknown. The staff at the FTZ has informed us that there is no forklift capable of lifting the crate. There are also several pallets of parts located in a storage container (container not included) at the FTZ. The high bidder is responsible all costs associated with removal and transport. This is a court-ordered public auction. The U.S. Bankruptcy trustee has hired Oahu Auctions to conduct this liquidation. Please bid only if you can abide by these terms and conditions set forth below.
1. Payment must be made by 2pm the day after the auction ends. Accepted forms of payment: bank-drawn cashier's check or ACH wire transfer.
2. All items must be removed by May 26. Everything that is included in this auction must be removed from the premises. Nothing can be left behind. There is no forklift onsite, so the buyer will need to bring his own forklift for the purpose of moving everything out. The high bidder is responsible all costs associated with removal and transport.
3. The successful bidder agrees to sign a Hold Harmless Agreement prior to the removal process.
4. The successful bidder agrees to submit proof of insurance prior to the removal process.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All persons wishing to participate in the bidding process must be registered to enable bidding. By registering, you acknowledge full understanding of the Terms and Conditions set forth herein. Your bid is a binding contract. Unpaid invoices will be turned over to a collection agency.
2. Online Auction is scheduled to end at 7pm. However, if anyone enters a bid within 3 minutes of its scheduled closure time, 3 minutes will be added to the clock. A three-minute time extension will continue to occur each time a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes until there’s at least 3 minutes remaining with no bidding activity.
3. Island Bid/Oahu Auctions is not responsible for any inconsistencies associated with the representation of items (via photos, announcements, printed materials, etc.) and the actual product. Therefore, it is strongly encouraged that you inspect items you intend to bid on. Bidders should make an informed decision on what bid amount to submit based on photos and videos of the items and components shown, and through physical inspection that was conducted.
4. All items are sold “as is” and “where is” with no implied warranties or guarantees of any kind. Deficiencies may exist that are not listed in the item description. The absence of any deficiencies does not mean that none exist. All items are being sold "As Is" with no express or implied warranty of any kind, including but not limited to the item's safety, reliability, or suitability for its intended purpose.
5. All sales are final. No returns allowed. No refunds or price adjustments will be provided for any reason.
6. Island Bid/Oahu Auctions reserves the right to add/remove items from the auction at any time for whatever reason. Island Bid/Oahu Auctions reserves the right to withdraw/modify any of the items listed in the catalog and/or add, remove or modify reserve amounts and bidding increments on any auction lot.
7. Island Bid/Oahu Auctions reserves the right to cancel the auction entirely, extend the auction end date, or end the auction early.
8. Island Bid/Oahu Auctions reserves the right to reject or cancel any bid(s) at any time (during or after the auction has ended) for any reason. Island Bid/Oahu Auctions reserves the right to suspend bidding privileges at any time.
9. Bid limits may be imposed. Bid limit amount may be lowered or raised at any time.
10. ZERO BUYER'S PREMIUM. Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.712% will be added to the bid amount.
11. Invoices will be e-mailed the night the auction ends. Accepted forms of payment: VISA/MC, cashier's check, cash or direct deposit into Oahu Auctions' business account. 3% fee on Visa/MC transactions. Payment due by 1pm the day after the auction ends. If payment has not been received after that time, your Visa/MC on file will be charged the invoice amount plus 3%.
12. Winning bidders are responsible for all costs associated with the removal and transport of all purchased items.
13. Items that are not picked up within the specified scheduled pick-up dates/times are subject to forfeiture. Items will be considered abandoned and you will lose all claim to the property. No refunds will be provided.
14. Late payments are subject to fees and penalties at the discretion of Island Bid/Oahu Auctions. Unpaid accounts will be reported and turned over to a collection agency, which can affect your overall credit scores for up to 7 years. Unpaid accounts are subject to legal action. The bidder information along with the credit card information you provided during the registration process has been verified for identity purposes prior to approval.
14. All items not claimed by the specified pick-up deadline date/time published on the auction page summary and details, will be subject to forfeiture and will be disposed of, resold or donated at Island Bid/Oahu Auctions' discretion.
