2. Auction scheduled to end 6pm Sunday, February 25. HOWEVER, if anyone places a bid within 5 minutes this scheduled closure time, 5 minutes will be added to the clock. A five-minute time extension will continue to occur each time a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes until there’s at least 5 minutes remaining with no additional bids.
3. Oahu Auctions is not responsible for any inconsistencies associated with the representation of items (via photos, announcements, printed materials, etc.) and the actual product. Therefore, it is strongly encouraged that you conduct an in-person inspection of what's included in the auction before bidding.
4. All items are sold “as is” and “where is” with all existing faults, and with no implied warranties or guarantees of any kind.
5. All sales are final. No returns allowed. No refunds or price adjustments will be provided for any reason.
6. Oahu Auction reserves the right to add/remove items from the auction at any time for whatever reason. Oahu Auctions reserves the right to withdraw/modify any of the items listed in the catalog, flyer, website or any media ads at any time.
7. Oahu Auctions reserves the right to cancel the auction entirely, extend the auction end date, or end the auction early.
8. Oahu Auctions reserves the right to reject or cancel any bid(s) at any time for any reason.
