Many of the items in this auction come from active job sites, completed projects, or long-term storage. While we have made every reasonable effort to accurately describe each item and note any known deficiencies, the condition shown or described reflects our observations made when the photographs were taken and the catalog was prepared.

Equipment that starts and operates during cataloging may not start, run, or perform the same by the time it is picked up. Batteries can discharge, hydraulic fittings can leak, seals can dry out, tires can lose air, and mechanical or electrical issues can develop without notice. Some equipment has been sitting for extended periods and may require inspection, maintenance, repair, or servicing before being placed into operation.

All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied. Oahu Auctions has made every reasonable effort to accurately describe the items offered; however, buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding whenever possible and should bid accordingly.
