Prominent bakery shutting down after only a year in operation. Everything was purchased new just a year ago. Acquisition cost of kitchen equipment alone was upward of $300,000.
AUCTIONING OFF EVERYTHING: KITCHEN, RESTAURANT, AND FOOD SERVICE EQUIPMENT (undercounter refrigerators, reach-in freezers, batch freezer, ice machine, dishwashing machine, induction range, ovens, 6-burner gas range/griddle/oven combo, multiple stainless steel sinks, work tables, mobile cabinets, rolling sheet racks, stainless steel rolling cabinets, etc.). POS system. Commercial countertop appliances (mixers, food processors, food slicers, meat slicers). Wire shelving, ingredient bins. Employee locker. Auction ends Sunday, Dec. 18. First lot ends at 6pm. Each lot scheduled to end every minute thereafter. If you bid within the last 10 minutes on any given lot, the lot will be extended another 10 minutes (maximum number of extensions is 2).
Onsite preview Sunday, Dec. 18 (from 10am to 6pm) at Magnolia Bakery.
Payment must be made by Dec. 18. Pickup must be done by Monday, December 19 from 10am to 6pm. The credit card you entered when you registered to bid will be automatically charged on December 18 unless you contact us at the end of the auction stating that you will be paying through a different method of payment. Forms of payment accepted: MC/Visa, cash, cashier's check.
