Floating Wedding Chapel & Floating Office at Keehi Lagoon. These floating structures are registered with the state as "floating homes."
Floating wedding chapel is 520 square feet. Believed to be one of only two floating chapels in the Pacific Ocean (the other being in Sidney, Australia).
The other floating structure is 20x40 and currently being used as office space. The interior currently has a 10x15 office space (which is the main entry to the building). An interior connecting door connects it to a sitting room (which was a bedroom). In the back of the same structure, there's an a private entry door to an 8x10 Pantry and a connecting door that leads to an 8x10 bedroom. Interior walls are cedar with sheetrock on some areas. Two double steel French doors, two single doors. Windows are double sliding vinyl with 11 openings. Well insulated with metal rood. Vinyl flooring and carpet. Floor plan to follow.
Also includes surrounding docks, rampway and floating infrastructure.
$50,000 opening bid. Buyer must tow these off the property. All removal costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All persons wishing to participate in the bidding process must be registered in order to bid. By registering, you acknowledge full understanding of the terms and conditions set forth herein. Your bid is a binding contract.
2. Each lot’s closure time is staggered and spaced out in 1-minute intervals, Auction begins ending at 6pm. Each lot scheduled to end one minute apart, which means Lot 1 is scheduled to end at 6pm, Lot 2 at 6:01pm, Lot 3 at 6:02pm. However, if anyone places a bid on a particular lot within 5 minutes of its scheduled closure time, 5 minutes will be added to the clock for that lot. A five-minute time extension will continue to occur each time a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes until there’s at least 5 minutes remaining with no additional bids.
3. Oahu Auctions is not responsible for any inconsistencies associated with the representation of items (via photos, announcements, printed materials, etc.) and the actual product. Therefore, it is strongly encouraged that you inspect each item they intend to bid on. Bidders should make an informed decision on what item(s) to bid on based on personal inspection of item(s).
4. All items are sold “as is” and “where is” with no implied warranties or guarantees of any kind.
5. All sales are final. No returns allowed. No refunds or price adjustments will be provided for any reason.
6. Oahu Auctions reserves the right to add/remove items from the auction at any time for whatever reason. Oahu Auctions reserves the right to withdraw any of the items listed in the catalog, flyer, website or any media ads.
7. Oahu Auctions reserves the right to reject or cancel any bid at any time for any reason.
8. Oahu Auctions reserves the right to cancel a sale for whatever reason (ever after bidding has concluded and items have been awarded).
9. A Buyer's Premium of 15% will be added to the winning bid. Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.712% will be added.
10. Accepted forms of payment: MC/Visa, cash, cashier's checks. Company checks accepted. However, funds must clear before purchased items are released.
11. Winning bidders are responsible for all costs associated with removal and transport of all purchased items. Neighbor island bidders wishing to have these removed by a third party will need to coordinate with Oahu Auctions to facilitate removal of purchased items.
12. Pick up schedule to be determined. Payment must be made the day after the auction endi regardless of when you will pick up.
13. Late payments are subject to fees and penalties at the discretion of Oahu Auctions. Unpaid accounts will be turned over to a collection agency, which can affect your overall credit scores up to 7 years. Unpaid accounts are subject to legal action. The bidder information along with the credit card information you provided during the registration process has been verified for identity purposes prior to approval.
