You can see the ADU and all other auction items up close and in person on Saturday, March 30 (10am to 5pm) in the warehouse showroom at 441 Cooke St.
We have received a $16,000 estimate from a local general contractor (All-Build Construction) who can disassemble the entire ADU. Transport will be a separate charge. If you have any questions in this regard, please contact James at (808) 489-7711. Also feel free to use your own contractor. The entire unit must be removed within 10 days of the close of the auction.
Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.712 will be added to the invoice.
