PICK-UP WILL BE AUGUST 6 & 7 for loose items and small equipment that do not require disassembly and can be reasonably loaded without a forklift. WE WILL HAVE A FORKLIFT ONSITE Mon/Tues, Aug. 10 & 11 and can assist with loading large items when possible and at our discretion. Shipping containers, rigid tanks, office trailers must be picked up by appointment no sooner than Aug. 12. See the "Shipping Details" section for a list of trucking/hauling companies.
Payment due by 3pm the day after the auction ends. Pmt by VISA/MC, cashier's check, cash. 3% fee on Visa/MC transactions. If payment is not received by that time, your credit card on file will be charged the invoice amount plus 3% credit card transaction fee.
Please bring adequate help, tools and appropriate vehicles for loading. Electrical power will be disconnected from units. Buyers are responsible for disconnecting water pipes and dismantling and removing their purchases.
15% Buyer's Premium will be added to the bid amount, plus 4.712% GE tax. All items sold "as is" & "where-is". No implied warranties or guarantees. All sales final. No returns for any reason.
