Other assessed characteristics: Good selection of shell size, color, and placement. The clasp is a 7/8th inch Snake Head Cowry (Leho kupe'elima) that has been ocean polished to the extent that the spotted upper mantle layer has been reduced to the mauve layer below. Enhanced with 2 variegated sun dial shells on each side. Assessed characteristics: The shell choices in color, size, and placement are visually appealing. Good structure with proper fluidity and flow. Fair to good luster overall. This is to be expected of the shells collected on the North West shores of Kauai.
