This is a unique opportunity for a qualified organization or individual that's capable of dismantling and salvaging the materials that make up this barn structure at Petersons' Upland Farm (the Peterson egg farm) in Wahiawa.
This large farm structure is being made available for a qualified company or individual that is capable of salvaging the materials.

The building is approximately 360’ long and 30’ wide or approximately 10,800 square feet in size, built in 1983.

Consists primarily of metal roofing, commercially manufactured treated wood trusses, 6x8 treated timbers and 12-15” diameter treated round wood poles. There is also a significant specialized floor structure made up of primarily 2x6 and 2x12 treated lumber. The lumber is incised with a copper arsenate treatment.

The situation being sought is full removal of the structure to the ground level. Foundation will be removed by others.

All labor, equipment and hauling must provided by the individual or company removing the building's components. Materials become their property. Site is to be left clean. Liability insurance required.
