Seize the opportunity to acquire the essentials in confectionery production. Liquidating Ed & Don’s Hawaii, a large and renowned confectioner. Find FF&E offerings in its expansive production plant, including double-deck convection ovens, Hobart mixers, refrigerators, stoves and kettles, industrial sinks and office equipment. Other industry equipment are candy and confectionery machines, vacuum sealers, as well as assembly production equipment such as the canning, packaging, sealing and shrink-wrapping conveyor systems. In the mix is a sizable inventory of macadamia nuts, 2000-lb chocolate blocks and other raw ingredients.
Online auction ends Apr. 3 (starts ending at 6pm, with lots closing in one-minute intervals). Buyers will be responsible for dismantling, packaging loading and removing all items purchased. Pick-up from Moanalua/Salt Lake April 5 to 10. Forklift assistance available. An extended timeframe will be considered for large production-line items that require professional removal and transport.
