2015 Ford F150 Pickup Truck, Needs Repair. Seller reports that "it wasn’t a blown engine, it was intermittent no start, and now no start also dead battery." Last known mileage is 44434.

The successful bidder will receive a signed vehicle title with the authorized signer's signature to enable transfer of vehicle ownership on the island of Maui “ONLY.” This means that neighbor island bidders may have to complete ownership transfer on the island of Maui before being able to transfer it to another county, because the DMV system is not linked across counties, which means the authorized seller’s signature will not be recognized in Kauai County, Hawaii County, Honolulu County. Neighbor island bidders MUST make their own arrangements for trucking and freight transport to Young Brothers, including making a Young Brothers booking, etc. Also anticipate that there may be delays with Young Brothers and bookings. Oahu Auctions nor the seller will not provide storage. All vehicles must be picked up by Dec. 16.

Transport to neighboring islands is possible through Young Brothers freight and ground transport through an independent third-party hauler at the expense of the buyer. All transport costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer must set up a booking through Young Brothers.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All persons wishing to participate in the bidding process must be registered to enable bidding. By registering, you acknowledge full understanding of the Terms and Conditions set forth herein. Your bid is a binding contract. Unpaid invoices will be turned over to a collection agency.
2. Online Auction begins ending at 6pm. Each lot’s closure time is staggered and spaced out in one-minute intervals which means Lot 1 is scheduled to end at 6pm, Lot 2 ends one minute after that. Lot 3 to end one minute after Lot 2. However, if anyone places a bid on a particular lot within 3 minutes of its scheduled closure time, 3 minutes will be added to the clock for that particular lot. A three-minute time extension will continue to occur each time a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes until there’s at least 3 minutes remaining with no bidding activity.
3. Island Bid/Oahu Auctions is not responsible for any inconsistencies associated with the representation of items (via photos, announcements, printed materials, etc.) and the actual product. Therefore, it is strongly encouraged that you inspect each item you intend to bid on. Bidders should make an informed decision on what item(s) to bid on based on photos and videos of the item or through physical inspection (when available).
4. All items are sold “as is” and “where is” with no implied warranties or guarantees of any kind.
5. All sales are final. No returns allowed. No refunds or price adjustments will be provided for any reason.
6. Island Bid/Oahu Auctions reserves the right to add/remove items from the auction at any time for whatever reason. Island Bid/Oahu Auctions reserves the right to withdraw/modify any of the items listed in the catalog and/or add, remove or modify reserve amounts or bid increments on any auction lot.
7. Island Bid/Oahu Auctions reserves the right to cancel the auction entirely, extend the auction end date, or end the auction early.
8. Island Bid/Oahu Auctions reserves the right to reject or cancel any bid(s) at any time for any reason. Island Bid/Oahu Auctions reserves the right to cancel a sale after an auction has ended. Island Bid/Oahu Auctions reserves the right to suspend bidding privileges at any time.
9. A Buyer's Premium of 15% will be added to the winning bid for all auction items. Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.712% will be added.

11. Winning bidders are responsible for all costs associated with removal and transport of all purchased items. Bidders outside of Oahu wishing to have these removed by a third party can coordinate with Island Bid/Oahu Auctions to facilitate removal of purchased items. Contact us and we can recommend movers to take items to YB or to a UPS store.
12. All items not claimed by the specified pick-up deadline date/time published on the auction page summary/invoice, will be subject to forfeiture and will be disposed of, resold or donated. Island Bid/Oahu Auctions reserves the right to impose a daily storage fee.
13. Late payments are subject to fees and penalties at the discretion of Island Bid/Oahu Auctions. Unpaid accounts will be reported and turned over to a collection agency, which can affect your overall credit scores for up to 7 years. Unpaid accounts are subject to legal action. The bidder information along with the credit card information you provided during the registration process has been verified for identity purposes prior to approval.
