Three Campbell Machine industrial corn grinders (one brand new in the crate) and a Manufacturas Lenin tortilla machines form the heart of this lineup, turning fresh ground masa into stacks of perfection. Keep the cerveza cold with an Avantco UDD-1-HC double tap kegerator, chill ingredients in Hoshizaki and Turbo Air refrigeration, and cook it all up on Southbend ranges, griddles, and charbroilers. Add in kebab machines, a soft serve beverage dispenser, an Indigo NXT ice machine, plus prep tables, sinks, shelving, cookware, and storage, and you have the makings of a thriving Mexican food operation from day one.
Online auction ends August 31 (starts ending at 6pm, with lots closing in one-minute intervals). Pick-up from Kakaako Sep. 2 & 3 (10am to 5pm).
