New commercial air conditioning components including a large inventory of unused Toshiba Carrier variable refrigerant flow (VRF) 4-way indoor cassette units and outdoor heat pump units. These were never installed and ready to deploy. Multiple 4-way compact indoor cassette units (ranging from 12,000 to 24,000 BTU) with remote controllers. Plus heavy hitters: 4-ton, 8-ton, and 10-ton outdoor heat pump units ready to drive serious cooling power.
