Auction Details
Over 1500 bottles of wine, champagne, liquor. These were stored in a climate controlled wine cellar in an exclusive, membership-only Ala Moana Center venue that closed in 2020. Although the power has remained on since then, the quality and condition of these is unknown. Liquor Commission approval was obtained to sell these. A legal order entails that we state the following: Oahu Auctions, Shirokiya Holdings, Inc., and any employees, officers, directors, agents of Shirokiya Holdings, Inc. cannot attest to the quality or taste of the wines, champagnes and liquors being sold in this auction, and Buyer will be purchasing these in “AS IS” condition and for personal consumption and not for the purpose of resale. No returns or refunds. You must be at least 21 years of age to participate in this auction. Your ID will be checked at the time of pick-up. No bottles can be opened on the premises. By registering to bid in this auction, you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
Online auction ends Sep. 24 (starts ending at 6pm, with lots closing in 30-second intervals). Pick-up Sept. 25, 26, 27 (10am to 5pm) from Ala Moana Center location. Address and details will be on invoice.
This is a credit card-only auction. The VISA/MC you signed up with when you registered, will be automatically charged after the auction ends.
15% Buyer's Premium will be added to your bid amount, along with 4.712% Tax. All items sold “as is” & “where-is”. No implied warranties or guarantees. All sales final. No returns for any reason.
