Major general construction company restructuring. Heavy equipment, loaders, excavator, multiple pickup trucks, multiple forklifts, and then some! There will be two phases to this auction. Phase 1: general tools, equipment, machinery, warehouse equipment (ends August 13).
4.712% Hawaii GE tax will be added to the bid amount. There will be a charge of 7.5% fee for transactions where a credit card is used as form of payment. Other forms of payment accepted are cash and cashier's checks.
All items sold as is, where is, with no implied warranties or guarantees. All sales final. We highly encourage you to inspect all items you're interested in bidding on prior to bidding.
Auction starts ending at 6pm. Each lot scheduled to end one minute apart, which means Lot 1 is scheduled to end at 6pm, Lot 2 at 6:01pm, Lot 3 at 6:02pm. However, if anyone places a bid on a particular lot within 5 minutes of its scheduled closure time, 5 minutes will be added to the clock for that particular lot. A five-minute time extension will continue to occur each time a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes until there’s at least 5 minutes remaining with no bidding activity (meaning no one bids in the last 5 minutes).
You will receive an invoice after the auction ends on August 13. Items must be paid for by August 14 (3:30pm). Accepted forms of payment: cash, cashier's check, MC/Visa. There is a credit card fee of 7.5% on transactions are used as a form of payment. The credit card that you used to register will be automatically charged unless you notify us by e-mail or phone by August 14 (5:30pm) that you will paying with cash, cashier's check or a different credit card.
Pick-up schedule: Monday & Tuesday August 14 & 15 (10am to 5pm). Forklift assistance available for items that are difficult to load manually.
