Shipping Details:
Shipping to neighbor islands and outside of Hawaii possible through a third-party mover. Buyers will need to coordinate with a 3rd-party mover/transportation company on pick-up from the auction site and drop off to Young Brothers or other location on Maui. Buyer's designated third-party mover can coordinate with us once payment has been made. All transport costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Payment Details:
Accepted forms of payment: Cash, cashier's checks. VISA/MC will be accepted with a 3% fee incurred on charges over $5000.
Invoices will be e-mailed the night of Feb. 9. Payment must be made by 4pm Feb 10, regardless of what day you're picking up. The credit card you used to register to bid in this auction will be automatically charged after that time if payment is not received by then.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All persons wishing to participate in the bidding process must be registered to enable bidding. By registering, you acknowledge full understanding of the Terms and Conditions set forth herein. Your bid is a binding contract.
2. Auction begins ending at 6pm. Each lot’s closure time is staggered and spaced out in one-minute intervals which means Lot 1 is scheduled to end at 6pm, Lot 2 ends one minute after that. Lot 3 to end one minute after Lot 2. However, if anyone places a bid on a particular lot within 5 minutes of its scheduled closure time, 5 minutes will be added to the clock for that particular lot. A five-minute time extension will continue to occur each time a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes until there’s at least 5 minutes remaining with no bidding activity.
3. Oahu Auctions/Island Bid is not responsible for any inconsistencies associated with the representation of items (via photos, announcements, printed materials, etc.) and the actual product. Therefore, it is strongly encouraged that you inspect each item they intend to bid on. Bidders should make an informed decision on what item(s) to bid on based on personal inspection of item(s).
4. All items are sold “as is” and “where is” with no implied warranties or guarantees of any kind.
5. All sales are final. No returns allowed. No refunds or price adjustments will be provided for any reason.
6. Oahu Auctions/Island Bid reserves the right to add/remove items from the auction at any time for whatever reason. Oahu Auctions reserves the right to withdraw any of the items listed in the catalog, flyer, website or any media ads.
7. Oahu Auctions/Island Bid reserves the right to reject or cancel any bid at any time for any reason.
8. Oahu Auctions/Island Bid reserves the right to cancel a sale for whatever reason (ever after bidding has concluded and items have been awarded).
9. A Buyer's Premium of 15% will be added to the winning bid. Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.16% will be added.
10. You must be an authorized buyer to purchase technical medical equipment.

12. Winning bidders are responsible for all costs associated with removal and transport of all purchased items.
13. Pickup must be completed by 5:00 pm February 12. If items are not picked up within the scheduled pick-up dates/times, you stand to forfeit your items with no refunds.
14. Late payments are subject to fees and penalties at the discretion of Oahu Auctions. Unpaid accounts will be reported to turned over to a collection agency, which can affect your overall credit scores up to 7 years. Unpaid accounts are subject to legal action. The bidder information along with the credit card information you provided during the registration process has been verified for identity purposes prior to approval.
15. All items not claimed by the pick-up deadline date/time, is subject to forfeiture, and will be disposed of, resold or donated.
