ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) or "mini home" with approx. 400-square-foot of interior space. This was the unit that was built and displayed on the lawn of the Hawaii State Capitol in April 2017. This was the product of a collaborative effort between Hawaii Habitat for Humanity and Hawaii Appleseed Center for Law and Economic Justice through its annual Build-A-Thon event, where this was made possible by a multitude of volunteer builders, lumber donations and supplies from local companies.

The first 6 pictures were taken when this was on the lawn of the State Capitol. The remaining pictures were taken very recently and is more representative of this ADU. Although the red decks, ramp, railings and lattice are not shown in the more recent pictures, these components are included.

Furniture, accent decor, solar panels and appliances were removed and NOT included. Cooktop in kitchen is included.

The trailer that the ADU is currently sitting on it NOT included.
