This is for a single ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) or approx. 400-square-foot mini home. This was the unit that was built and displayed on the lawn of the Hawaii State Capitol in April 2017.
A product that emerged from the collective effort between Hawaii Habitat for Humanity and Hawaii Appleseed Center for Law and Economic Justice through its annual Build-A-Thon, through which this was made possible by a multitude of volunteer builders, lumber donations and supplies from local companies. Proceeds go to Hawaii Habitat for Humanity.
Furnishings, solar panels and appliances NOT included, except for kitchen cooktop. Front deck, back deck with access ramp, lattice trim, roof included.
The trailer it's currently sitting on is NOT included. Costs associated with transport, removal and hookup (to plumbing, electrical, etc.) will be the responsibility of the buyer. Trailer is owned by Gundaker Works construction company. Buyer can contact Gundaker to get a quote for transport (808) 268-6072) or have it transported by a transport company of their choosing. Transport cost(s) depends on transport destination.
