Bento Homes moves its showroom to Nashville, TN. Its 400-Sq. Ft. Bento Box mini model home ADU is up for auction. The ADU is fully equipped with appliances and furnishings and was built and set up as a model unit in a Kakaako warehouse showroom, where it currently stands. You can see this and all other auction items up close Sat, March 30 (10am to 5pm) 441 Cooke St (Kakaako). Online auction ends Sunday, March 31 (starts ending 6pm).
Also up for auction: modern small-scale furniture, appliances, tables, barstools, area rugs & other interior accent decor. Multiple "minimalist" desks, file cabinets and other office equipment, staging items & MORE!
All items are sold “as is” and “where is” with no implied warranties or guarantees of any kind. All sales final. No refunds for any reason.
We have received a $16,000 estimate from a local general contractor (All-Build Construction) who can disassemble the entire ADU. Transport will be a separate cost. If you have any questions in this regard, please contact James at (808) 489-7711. Also feel free to use your own contractor. The entire unit must be removed within 10 days of the close of the auction.
