Featuring a state of the art commercial brew system at REAL Gastropub and Bent Tail Brewing Company in Kakaako. This was purchased new and installed in the brewpub, which operated for a little over a year. $284,000 was invested into this brew system.
This online auction will run as scheduled and will end Sept. 10 (6pm). Half of payment is due by 5pm the day after the auction ends. The remainder of the payment is due the first day that lockdown is lifted. Payment must be via cashier's check. Buyer will now have 2 weeks (from the time the restrictions are lifted) to remove the entire system from the premises. Cost of de-installation and removal will be the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer should have a viable plan for removal and a qualified crew of professionals. Buyer must sign a 'hold-harmless' agreement to be submitted property management. Buyer should also have sufficient liability insurance.
