This online auction will run as scheduled and will end Sept. 10 (6pm). Buyer will have 2 weeks (from the day the COVID-19 stay-at-home orders are lifted) to remove the entire system from the premises.
A state of the art brew system at REAL Gastropub and Bent Tail Brewing Company in Kakaako. This was purchased new and installed in the brewpub, which operated for a little over a year.
NOTE: The opening bid is $5000, with a reserve price of $75,000. Oahu Auctions is not obligated to sell this brew system if the reserve price is not reached. However, the highest bid (if under $75,000) may be considered.
Half of invoice amount is due the day after the auction ends (by 5pm). The remainder of the invoice amount is due the first the day COVID-19 stay at home orders are lifted. Payment must be made via cashier's check.
Cost of de-installation, removal and transport will be the responsibility of the buyer.

High bidder must de-install and remove this system correctly and safely and should have a viable plan and qualified crew to disassemble and remove this system by the removal deadline specifified. Any damage to the space and building must be repaired by the buyer. Buyer must sign a 'hold-harmless' agreement to be submitted property management. Buyer should also have sufficient liability insurance.
