Production line equipment that was in use by Waialua Estate Chocolate until early May 2026 in their operations at Dole Cannery. Featuring an FBM Unica temper depositor machine, FBM Clima 50 compact vertical cooling tunnel, Packint roll refiner, Packint rotary conche, US Roaster Millennium 12 kilo cocoa roaster with catalytic smoke abatement, Packint ball mill grinder, Packint chocolate winnower, Cres Cor proof hot cabinet, HL-M810 horizontal band sealer with dry ink encoding, FBM Rumbo Bean To Bar Chocolate Grinder, Eagle Group sheet pan racks with sheet pans, and support equipment. Note that the major equipment has been bundled as one lot in Lot 19. Equipment was in active chocolate production when photos and videos were taken in early May 2026.
Online auction ends May 26 (starts ending at 6pm, with lots closing in one-minute intervals). Pick-up will be May 27 to 29 (10am to 3pm by appointment) from Dole Cannery Iwilei.
Payment due by 1pm May 27. Payment by VISA/MC, cashier's check, cash. 3% fee on Visa/MC transactions. If payment is not received by that time, your credit card on file will be charged with the invoice amount plus 3% credit card transaction fee.
15% Buyer's Premium will be added to the bid amount, plus 4.712% GE tax. All items sold “as is” & “where-is”. No implied warranties or guarantees. All sales are final. No returns for any reason.
