Production line equipment that was in use by Waialua Estate Chocolate until early May 2026 in their operations at Dole Cannery. Featuring an FBM Unica temper depositor machine, FBM Clima 50 compact vertical cooling tunnel, Packint roll refiner, Packint rotary conche, US Roaster Millennium 12 kilo cocoa roaster with catalytic smoke abatement, Packint ball mill grinder, Packint chocolate winnower, Cres Cor proof hot cabinet, HL-M810 horizontal band sealer with dry ink encoding, Eagle Group sheet pan racks with sheet pans, and support equipment. Equipment was in active chocolate production when photos and videos were taken.
Online auction ends May 24 (starts ending at 6pm, with lots closing in one-minute intervals). Pick-up will be May 25 & 26 (10am to 3pm) from Dole Cannery Iwilei.
Payment due by 1pm May 25. Payment by VISA/MC, cashier's check, cash. 3% fee on Visa/MC transactions. If payment is not received by that time, your credit card on file will be charged with the invoice amount plus 3% credit card transaction fee.
15% Buyer's Premium will be added to the bid amount, plus 4.712% GE tax. All items sold “as is” & “where-is”. No implied warranties or guarantees. All sales are final. No returns for any reason.
